“I have worked with him for almost (3) years on a very interesting project at Lakeside, it is an involved project that requires expertise and knowledge of all parts. He has always been there to help me solve the difficult and simple problems that have come up. Also on the processing of simple PC permits his attention and will to help is always great. Top qualities: Great Results, Personable, High Integrity"

-Zain Rodriguez, Project Manager, Sweig General Contracting, Inc

"I have personally known Chuck for twenty plus years as related to the fire service. Chuck is held in high regard throughout the San Diego County Fire Prevention Officers group as well as the Fire Marshal’s. He has shown to be an asset to all by his extensive knowledge of codes and his selfless help he contributes to these groups. I recently had the pleasure of attending a Hazardous Materials class that he taught to the Fire Prevention Officers in Poway and it was very well put together. This subject matter isn’t the most stimulating; however, Chuck made the class very interesting with his visual presentation along with a complimentary summary of the presentation. More often than not, instructors get caught up in reading the slides on a power point presentation and it becomes very boring. Those who attended Chuck’s class felt exactly the opposite. I have heard other positive comments about Chuck’s classes as well."

-Mary Tedesco, Fire Marshal, Alpine Fire Protection District
